Best way to dose Dianabol?
Hi all, i started a thread a while ago asking how to schedule my dosages of dbol and was met with mixed feedback (taking 50mg ed) Some said 5 x 10mg throughout the day and others 2 x 15mg and 1 x 20mg throughout the day.
Basically i was wondring from the two above which would be better? To have a more frequent yet smaller dose or less frequent but with more dbol? Do either of these ways have a massive difference.

You will get the same response... it all varies on the individual running it... And how you are with timing it all.... Your schedule actually plays a big role in it...... if you can split it up evenly threwout the day.... i would split it up.

there won't be a massive difference as long as you keep the doses split up throughout the day

I would go 40mg ED split up 4 hours.

Pick one and record the results, see which one you respond best to, guys have different opinions thats why you didnt get one answer because there isnt ONE answer. either are good to go with if you have never done any before, personally I prefer to spread them out throughout the day.

Don't make it so difficult. Just split it up throughout the day and you'll be fine. Like i said in your last thread, i used to take the daily dosage in the morning and still got some good gains. But that 12 years ago and things have changed.

I get the best results by taking 35-40% of my daily dose 1hr before training and then splitting up the remaining 60% inot 2-3 equal doses
I basically take
10mg when I wake up
15 mg 5 hours later
25mg 1 hour before training
10mg 4 hours later (around 8-9pm)
