What is a good cycle for me?

    Me: 36yo, 210 lbs, 6'

Okay, here's the deal... I'm 36 and in pretty good shape, but just not making the strength gains I want and having trouble burning fat. Years ago I had no problems in either of these areas, but I think age is finally catching up to me. I have a number of sports related injuries and just want to get my "mojo" back and gain strength while getting a bit leaner.

I workout 4-5 times per week for the past 2 years and currently have a decent program that a few experienced dudes at the gym have helped me create.

My friend is setting me up with a cycle of the following:
Test Cypionate - (I can't recall the dosage right this minute)
    EQ- 200mg/twice a week
Winny- (weeks 6-10 also forgot the dosage)
    Total duration is 10 weeks

My question is for the vets on this forum Is this is a good cycle or should I reevaluate what I'm about to start? And if it's not a good cycle, what do you reccomend?

I trust my friends intentionsnand he's doing pretty good with his program, but maybe he doesn't know what I need.

Thanks in advance for your help.

For a first cycle I would just run the Test Cyp, and for 12 weeks not 10. Also, many here claim that EQ isn't really worth running under 600mg/week, and even then the results are negligable.

It is best to run a single compound for a first cycle so you know how it affects you.
What is your BF%? You could incorporate Winny at the end, as it's commonly used in cutting, if that's your goal.

    I would run the Cyp @ 500mg/week.

What is your PCT like? You should get your hands on Nolva and Clomid, and run an AI throughout your cycle to prevent estro-related sides, like bloat and acne. Aromasin or Anastrozole are good for this.

Also, your diet needs to be in check fo sho. What is that like along with the previously requested BF% estimate?

BF is around 17% +/- 1% and my diet is pretty clean(lots of tuna on my lettuce). About 2500-3000 cal's per day. I think I sometimes take in too many carbs. I do slip on the diet and sometimes eat fast food, but not often. I would say less than 1x/week Also, I usually drink beer 1-2 times per week.

I really don't want to gain any weight. I've lost 40lbs over the past 2 years and am pretty stoked with 210. I really just want strength and to be tone.

I would recommend hitting up the diet section of the forum, and asking Phate or Jamy to give some advice. They will help you find a perfect schedule most likely for your goals.

I would suggest losing maybe 5% body fat before starting the cycle, and it's definitely doable with their help. GL and grats on the work you've done.
