    Best Gear for enduance sports (bicyling)

    I am looking for the best cycly to use during my off season of road racing(Bicycles). I freand told me to use Trenbalone and Anavar but after researching Tren it say that endurance athaletes shouldnt use that. I need help any advice on what and how much.

    endurance athletes just dont make good muscle builders. the stress from extended cardio will suppress test and elevate cortisol, which will pretty much make sure you dont gain much mass. the only thing that seems to be effective for cyclists is EPO.

    Tren is the worst for endurance. Eq is said to raise red blood cell levels.

    i have used test - it work great

    i have used anadrol - it worked even better, i set 11 records time trialing useing this cycle with sust

    before all of this i would recommend spending the money on a hypoxi tent or some sort of trainer or rebreather...

    what is you goal for cycling a cycle - lol

    This only applies to myself, but I used to race professionally.

    I did a test/deca cycle and maid incredible gains.

    Now, the catch 22-

    I only trained(road hard), 2x a week.

    My legs were huge.

    If you do train every day, your gains will be minimal.

    Pointless.

    you race pro and only trained 2x a week? or you worked out 2x a week with weights

    I trained 4 days a week with weights.

    And road 2X a week.

    I was a heavy sprinter, like almost velodrome style.

    Notice the legs on track riders?

    I would go out hard for about 35 miles X 2.

    like I stated, It's what worked for me.

    well it's off season right now and I want to build muscle in my quads and hamstrings. My riding right now is about 10-12 hours a weak but its slow and consistan riding just base miles. My goal is to make a jump to cat 3 but I want to be at the top so the following year I can make the jump to cat 2(Pro). I dont mind putting in the work I just want an edge along the way.
