    I have always been able to sleep in late. I remember as a child i would go to bed around 12-1 ,i would wake up at 4:30 by my mother calling me for dinner.

    Its not bodybuilders. It could be anyone.

    I'd check first if your taking any stimulants, then second if your on any meds.

    And third if you have a job thats sedentary. If your working 8 hours in a cubicle all day then 2 hours in the gym is all the exercise you get, theres no way in hell your fatiguing your body enough to get sleep at night.

    Anytime anyone tells me "I can't sleep at night" first thing I say is "you're not working hard enough during the day". Theres nothing else to it. You are human, when you do a certain amount of labor during the day your body gets tired. When you don't, you roll around in bed for hours wondering why your not tired.

    Very simple imo.

    Where can one begin to look for this melanotan (the tanning one)? Is it legal? Available over the counter or by perscription? Injection or oral? Sorry didn't mean to ask for a source if it is illegal, just don't answer me if it is. However if it is all legal and available I think this might be something id like to try out.

    if you get around 7hrs of sleep/night then there is nothing wrong brother. if you still feel like crap after that much sleep you might have a problem with your REM sleep cycle. many things can cause this.. and i'm sure they have already been stated previously. i had the same problem i could sleep 10hrs and feel like crap and it was due to a medication i was on.

    Melanotan is a sub-cutaneous injection.

    There two kinds of Melanotan:

    Melanotan 1
    Melanotan 2

    They both do the same thing, they give you an all-over skin tan without having to sunbathe.

    Melantoan 2 is different in that:
    a) The dosage is lower
    b) You get horny as f***, frequent erections

    I took my first shot of Melanotan 2 today. My supplier told me to take 1iu of it per day, but I only shot 0.5iu because I wanna see if it makes me drop dead first. A common side-effect after injecting is flushing of the face (i.e. a red face) and nausea. I took my first shot about 20 minutes ago, my face is red but I don't feel nauseous.

    Do a websearch for Melanotan and you'll get loads of info on it. I'll let you know if I go black over night

    I've tried and are "on" zma and it works greatly (though i sleep 8-10 hours every night without a single problem... Its nice for the rem (rapid eye movement sleep), which is the best kind of sleep try it..

    how many mg of magnesium and how many mg od zinc should u take a day??

    Some times no matter how much sleep I get, it's never enough... and even makes me feel more tired.

    I think It all depends at what time you wake in the sleep cycle.

    Few things that that I do once in awhile...

    • Dark cool room
    • Hot shower before bed
    • Hot drink (milk)
    • protien
    • no clocks
    • ear plugs

    What type of ear plugs do you use?? and where did you get them from?

    Its just the only ones ive got is the foam ones that we use on construction sites, and they dont really block out much noise! Need to know where i can get really good quality ones..

    No, ZMA is classified as a natural Testosterone booster . One of the other effects of Magnesium however is improved sleep.


    And ha, my meds for Bipolar knock me straight the fvck out. I used to be a next level combat sleeper, where as in anybody comes near me within a 10 foot range, even without making noise, I'd be wide awake on the spot.

    But now I could have a volcano erupt 100 feet away and I'd probably just roll over. The only problem is that the sleep is too deep, and I dream way too fvcking much. Waking up is a bitch too.

    I am on a test cycle with hcg in small doses and I still have trouble sleeping on ZMA. I plan on getting some Melatonin to see if that helps.

    i sleep with ear plugs too. and i just make sure i get some soft foam ones. instead of the white blocky ones, since theyre uncomfortable. you dont need complete sound blockage. just turn a fan on in your room, and it adds a bit of constant background noise through the ear plugs. and you can buy these at any drugstore.

    i started taking the melatonin and ZMA, a few weeks ago now. and my sleeps have im proved tremendously. within the first few days of use, my sleep was better ten fold.

    i dont know the exact dosage of zinc or magnesium, i just bought a ZMA supplement from the supplement store. and i take one 3mg capsule of melatonin with it. im officially hooked on this stuff now. i have way more vivid dreaming, and i wake up much more refreshed. plus i dont wake up nearly as much at night any more.

    The foam ones are rubbish, especially if you live in an apartment and your trying to block out all noise, you can still hear things in the background!

    prob wudnt take zma whilse on cycle as if its a natural test booster, its better to take whilse on pct right???

    it's dosing is pretty good too.

    melatonin (the sleep aid) works all right. When I take it I get really vivid dreams and anything that I do a few hours prior to going to bed usually is in my dreams... hence watch porn. I also have NOW sports melatonin.

    The foam ones aren't rubbish believe me I use them at work. I work on aircraft... you are probably just putting them in your ears incorrectly. The trick to them is roll it up in the hand that is inserting it into your ear. with your other hand lift up on the top of your ear. This opens up the passage way allowing you to put the earplug in deeper.
