tired on test?
Hey guys.. I apologize if this is in the wrong section...
Was just wonder if anyone else finds themselves more tired on cycle? I'm takin test 400 @ 500mg/wk and I just completed 1 week. I have been working out harder and sleeping well but I find after my morning/early afternoon workouts I'm drained of energy. Could this be related to my diet? I have never been a big eater but I'm trying to eat as much as I possibly can and consume 2-3 weight gainer shakes per day, in half dose's as a full dose fills me to much and I find myself skipping meals. Here's a break down of averge nutrients comsumed the last 5 days, I'm keeping a very strict log of these throughout my cycle.
Average per day:
Calories: 3510
Carbs: 340g
Protien: 225g
Fat: 100g
My first thought was not enough natural sugars so I'm gonna try to add more fruits, but any more experianced suggestions would be appreciated. Perhaps this is normal for a new user or something else I'm not considering?? Thx.
Stats:
Age:29
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 185
Bf: around 9-10% ??
Cycle exp: currently 1st cycle, test 400 @ 500mg/wk

More than likely it is diet related.
Post your diet up in the diet forum, those guys over there will help you out with it. Personally, I think 2-3 weight gainer shakes a day is too much, should be eating more real food. Complex carbs will give you a more lasting effect, than the simple carbs that fruit contain.

did you recently up your daily caloric intake significantly?
that will more than likely make you feel tired and lethargic, as your body adjusts to the new amount of cals.

Your just one week in,would not be the gear,like these guys said probably diet plus your training harder.But it is not unheard of to be lathragic on a heavy cycle of androgens.

Keep in mind its 2-3 HALF serving, sorry maybe shoulda said 1-2 shakes per day.
Also YES I have signifigantly increased my calorie intake, atleast trying to while on cycle to maximize gains. Thx for that input, if its correct ill see how I feel the next week or so. Hopefully start feeling more energetic shortly.

Yea 1 week in the its obviously not the Test which takes atleast 3-4 weeks to come into play. Most likely diet related so as stated boogie over to the diet section and get everything in check. Diet is crucial on cycle!

You are probably correct and obviously have way more experiance then me, but arguably I definatly believe that as soon as one week in people (or atleast I) can feel something happening. Very hard to explain but I can tell my body is up to something and things are changing. Obviously not size wise yet but something lol... meh who knows probably just psychologically but I feel pumped and strong aside from the tiredness that follows.
Thank u for reply though. I take all advice from you regular active board members seriously. Lol don't wanna be "that guy" or the dumb newb that is doin a cycle the wrong way that just pi$$'s off everyone else on the board with repeated stupid questions.

When people are strict on diet , I am not sure if the fiber is up to par .
They tend to watch total calories , protein , carbs and fat. Which is great .
I am partial to fish oil or flax seed oil supplements .
Milk thistle .
There is a few fiber powders you add to protein shakes that don't add much calorie wise .
A few slight adjustments might give you that extra edge .

So true, u know how fustrating it is seaching threads, and looking up similar question of your own only to find posts of guys bitching cause they are getting honest advise and not hearing what they wanna hear! Its brutal!! Id love to find a whole days worth of threads that every post I can learn from without scrolling threw hundreds of threads of stupid, arrogant, newb ignorance. Ignorance is fine, we all learn, just if I think if u ask a question your doing so cause YOU DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER! Don't be stupid about it.
Sry for hijacking and getting of topic on my own thread lmao. Ill head to diet section for further info, but more advice here is more then welcome.

Your body wont be producing DHEA and Pregnenolone when the HPTA is shutdown.
There both needed for testosterone synthesis and need to be added to PCT IMHO too. This is the advice of Dr.Crisler and Endo I speak to regarding the HPTA.
DHEA will add to mood, lebido, energy levels and CNS function.
I think I'm going to write a thread on it soon...

Intresting concept though... if a person doesn't know they are experiancing placebo effect do they continue to develope faster then when they are told its merly a placebo? Wonder if not knowing or if we told all first time users that gains would be noticed the first week if they would actually develope faster and show true gains??? Hmmm just how powerful is the mind?

You ever heard of retard strength ?
A person that doesn't know there limits because of mental stability can have a tremendous amount of strength at times .
Your mind has a operating system allowing it to learn and act in a survivable mode .
If you knew that pan on the stove was hot , you would not grab it , correct ? hence your brain is telling you the feeling of searing pain .
Now if you had no sensation of pain or burning . You would grab it causing damage to flesh without feeling pain .
I know people have heard of feats of strength in a crisis situation . I'm sure adrenaline was a big part of it .
Therefore . Thinking you are strong can have a positive effect on your intensity in the gym .
I know all this is far reaching and entertaining at best . I hope I didn't offend anyone by saying retard .

Regaurding the DHEA. How long does it take to feel the effects of it? I was feeling really lethargic on my last PH cycle and I added 100mg ED for a week and I didn't notice anything different. I actually terminated my cycle after that week cause the sides were getting terrible!
