    Need help

don't know anyone else to talk to about this i read alot of these threads and try to put things together. i take what i believe to be alot of perscriptions to help with my low test levels and low libido. i tried getting help before and i'm just not understanding much. i didn't even know that the test i'm taking was the same you use for bodybuilding until the pharmacist told me. so could i please start from the beginning and i know by reading other threads from other members that i will get the advice that i need. thank you.

    my stats
    43 years old
    5ft. 9in. tall
    240 lbs.
    35 bf

i am not in the greatest shape as you can see i hope it is possible to do this. my doctor has prescribed me testosterone cypionate 1 vial per month that has 10 ml/200, testosterone enanthate 1 vial per month that has 5ml/200, don't know why vial is half the size. hcg 5 vials per month that has 10,000 iu, nolvadex 20mg. per day, cialis 5mg per day, testim 1% (2) 5g tubes per day. i have stopped taking all of these except cialis i want to start brand new i will just have extra stuff for later. should i start with diet, if so how much. maybe alot of cardio, how much. should i take any steroids right or wait. i know these amounts seem like alot they do to me to, i'm not going to complain. i also would like to learn how to use these in a cycle, and is there anything else to add to these. thank you.

    Greetings

You have a lot of time before you will be needing to do a cycle so stay and learn and read. You will find a lot of useful information in the diet section. That is a great place to start. It's not like any diet information you have read before. Learn to eat 6+ times a day and what to eat.

Yes you need to learn to do and like cardio with that high of body fat.

If you have low test levels yes start now. Dont save it you are not going to be doing a cycle but you are going to be getting your levels back to normal so you can feel normal and your body can start to be normal again. The test will help a LOT with your libido issues and save you money on the cialis.

um wow so the doctor wants you to take 50,000 iu of hcg and 3,000mg of test a month and androgel on top of that? VERY UNETHICAL. he will lose his license if anyone finds out.

I think, (or hope), thay the op has written the amounts perscribed wrong.

I picked up on that fuzzy dosing math thing also.

    Diet section 1st

New workout and cardio regimen 2nd

I hate to give advice as your dr should be when it comes to the meds that he has given you.

Yo do need to stay on a small dose of test be it cream or injections to keep blood levels sable . And keep you from crashing from low test. Then you really will not feel like working out.

The extra you could save up on for a year or so . When the BF is down . And your ready to cycle you ll have a good quantity of pharmaceutical grade test.

If your dr has not run blood work go have some done...
