    Does anyone of you guys know where can I find a site that ships DNP to eastern Europe for DNP or usnic acid?

    Find a research/chemical supply company that ships international.

    For the price of a small cycle from one of those scamming bastards you can buy a couple hundred grams of powder and make 200mg caps for about i penny.
