I have posted a similar thread but it was some what confusing. I need help with how much STEN i should start off with and then move on from there. I am 6'2" 250 LBS. w/ around 17-18% bf. I have never done AS but i have done my research but i still am uncertain how much i should take. I will only be running STEN and nothing else. I got a pretty good deal on it and i am going to give it a try. If any one can help please do. Thanx!!!
