need a pro's heads up
Ok been on prop and eq for 5 weeks as no test e around, i can get the test e now so can i just start taking it in replace of prop for 10 weeks from now?
was doing prop 600mg p/w and 500mg eq.
cant you get a signature in this forum?

current cycle
600mg prop split 3 pins p/w
500mg EQ as above
diet
oats/ shake 6am 40g pro 30 g carb
tuna / wheat bisc 1 orange 9am 42g pro 20g carb
salad/ 250gr chic br 12pm 60g pro 40g carb
pro shake orange 3pm 40g 10g carb
train 4pm have BCAA drink and 1ml winny in 500ml water
30 mins cardio , jog or skipping
steak and veg no carbs 6pm 50g pro 40g carb
nite shake 830pm
just started week 5.

What are you injecting and how often? how many mgs how often?
No you can't get a signature.
To many shakes IMO. Solid food is best.
If you want to switch to test e. And just stop prop... You will probably drag for a few weeks until the test e kicks in.

sounds like 200mg prop every inject... he says he does it 3 a week.
Yeah you will have a lot of lag time before that test e kicks. I don't think it would be worth it.

yes m,w,f pins 200mg prop and 170mg eq 3 times a week.
well im almost out of prop and the Test e is cheaper, so might just grab it and run 2 pins of test e and eq and wait till it kicks then.
why to many shakes may i ask please?
also i seem to be getting fat or getting fatter easier on prop ?

prop needs to be EOD at minimum. Not three days a week.
In the future, you really need to plan out your cycle before you start. check and double check that you have everything you'll need before you begin.
prop won't make you get fat, your diet will. Head over to the diet forum and post your diet...they'll help you out over there.

Go to the diet section, your diet needs help. You can swap the prop for test e if need be just run the prop with it for the first 10 days, but why change?

ok ill zip over to the diet section after i plan a new one and get the experts to tweak it.
Ok im changing mainly due to pins and price. i can get the test e cheaper and pin less plus i wanna run it for 14weeks from now and to let the eq have a full 12 week dose cycle.
ive really fuked this havnt i, being impatient again thinking id be right. hhmmmm silly boy.

either a 30 minute jog with hills OR use a skipping rope in the shed and skip on the spot at a fast pace for me for 1 min then rest for 1, so on and off for 20 mins.
