Really need opinions on 1st cycle
-190lbs
-12%bf
-training 4 years
-bench press 300
cycle is going to be 8 weeks long
cycle:
*100mg of test prop eod (400mg/wk)
*arimidex (thinking .5 eod)
*also have dbol tabs (15-25mg/day)
pct:
*hcg
*clomid
*and some clen
but i was wondering if i should leave the dbols out and just use the test prop and maybe use the dbols with something else for a second cycle?? is there a chance the bloat and side effects will be way too much if i use the dbols?
im using test prop because i dont mind injecting eod and i just didnt want a long estered testosterone
i would really appreciate some tips on this cycle
but more importantly the best way to use what i have for pct

I would not engage in steroid use at your age.
I thought that age maybe a factor in this.(24 to 25 minimum).

The test would be run at 12 wks.
Yes, d-bol is N/G for first cycle.IMO
Yes, HCG divided equally would be fine.
I do Wens/ Sat(approx).

also i did test prop for 6 weeks at 400mg a week for my first cycle and loved it, i gained 23lbs for it so if its your first cycle 400mg should be enough IMO

Is this first cycle for now or for in 5 year? You're too young to F-up your system with AAS right now.

way too young for steroids , big guy.
use this time while you're young to learn about nutrition and training.
I honestly wish I knew more about nutrition/training when I was 20!

im approx 6 feet tall
i appreciate all your comments and i knew i would get reemed a little for my age but you have to admit there is A LOT of guys/amateur bodybuilders out there that juiced it under 20 and didnt F anything up
im not saying this to be comfromtational or anything because respect you guys trying to help
but a perfect example is my girlfriends dad. pro bodybuilder back in the day. started his cycles at about 17-18 for an edge in hockey. im mentioning him because even though he abused the drugs like crazy his system still works great. hes almost 50 now. hes had 3 kids and not a single health problem
ill tell you all straight up right now.. when i was younger i developed an eating disorder. got made fun of all the time and that shit F's with your head the rest of your life. went from an overweight 220 pound kid to about 145 pound rack of ribs.
i even ended up passing out and i though i would end up dead.
the gym saved my life. started lifting, it increased my appetite and gaining muscle helped me get over fearing being fat.
i think going from that weight and gaining 45lbs of muscle and still only being around 12%bf is pretty good
but i havent made any significant gains in what seems like a long time now
i dont want to sound like a whiney bitch or anything like that but if you have gone through something like i have you would understand.
but to make matters worse im a model and an actor and i feel constant pressure to be my best and i really want to improve my body image
i rambled on about a bunch of shit but w/e its online and no one will ever know who i am

alright, so what are your exact goals for this cycle?
I'm asking, becuase if you're a model/actor, most of those shots don't call for a body builders' physique. But I don't know what kind of modeling you do.
and sorry to hear about all the shit you went through. but you say that was when you're a teenager. No offense, but if you're 20, you've only just stopped being a 'teenager'.
point is, if you put your body through a lot of stress with over eating, then loosing all the weight, then getting into a diet/workout routine, you can definitely still make progress by a few diets tweaks.

my goals are to build more muscle and on top of being more muscular id love to stay around 10%bf
ive modelled for abercrombie and hollister. i dont fashion model. its usually more fitness oriented. and my acting roles dont usually revolve around my body but the occasional role comes up where its nice to take off your shirt and look good and feel good and have that edge over the other people

well, besides your young age, and the possibility of permanently damaging your HPTA,
if you model for abercrombie or hollister, there is no way you need steroids to build
that type of physique.
