What is best for me?
Greetings all you out there. I need your help, an input on what you think is best for me. Lets start from top.
I am a male.
29 years old
about 180 punds
5'9"
body fat is around 12% (it was 8% 2 months ago) I could not train in the summer
My diet is usually good just not this last 2 months
What i want? I want to keep the same weight, loose fat but get stronger and more endurance.
I have been training hard for about 3 years. I train a crossfit sport alike. But last two months or so I could not train because of my work. Even before those two months I had decided on trying something to get me even better. Be able to run faster and do more push-ups and things like that.

Just winstrol is not good. If you haven't worked out in two months then just get back at it hard for a little while and you will gain alot.

winny only is not a good plan...reaserch more and vets will be more likely to help...

Get yourself back into the groove of training and get your diet going again. This would be the best course for you right now. Winstrol on its own would be a bad idea at anytime even if you have used steroids before. Theres just not much it can do for you by itself. Post up your diet and training routein if you want some help changing it but stay away from steroids for now.

Thank you for your input, I do agree with you guy's about training first before taking any steroids .
I am already training again and I have already gotten help with my training schedule and diet.
But, when I am back into shape, which i know wont be long, I want to try out some drugs that will help me with performance enhancing ( speed and endurance, racing.) and also keep my muscle strength or increase it.
For the last 3 years I could run 6 miles around 40 min and bench press 258 pounds. I will able to do that again in 4 weeks but I never seem to get any better than that. That's why i want to try out some "helpers" cause I want to get better in both, run faster and be stronger
I appreciate all the help.

There’s not really a magic pill or shoot that will make you run faster or do more push ups, with those two things being your two main goals there is no reason you can not obtain that without the use of steroids , really all it should take is proper diet and training, I think you would be surprised at what you can do when you fully devote your self to it. Good luck with your goals, keep us posted.
