    Cycle question

    Just finished up a four week cycle of dbol 25 mg twice a day and .5 cc of tren 100 every other day. I was wondering if it would be ok to go ahead and start my next cycle of test propionate and deca 250 or should i give myself a month or so off cycle? thanks for the help.

    did you run a pct after that "cycle"?

    I'm sorry, but that first cycle ran was horrible.

    what are your stats, my man?

    bf?

    I think you should give yourself a lifetime off... Due to simple fact you have no idea what you are doing or getting yourself into... First cycle is a joke.

    Post up your stats bro and we will be able to help you more. Give us an idea of your training level and your diet and we can help you with that and then we can let you know if a cycle would be good for you.

    thanks for all the replies, and i know the first cycle i took was very bad and very poorly planned out. while on that cycle i have spent a lot of time researching. My stats are i am 23, 220 lbs, 5 ft 9 in, 8-9 percent body fat. For my next cycle i have test propionate 100 mg/ml, Deca 250 250 mg/ml, and Dbol 50 mg (30 pills). I could really use some help in how i should be taking these together. Thanks again for all the help

    As for the diet i eat no junk food, get 1.5 grams of protein per lbs of body weight, six meals a day. I am on a clean bulk so i am taking in about 3500-4000 calories a day. As for the training i do six days a week, monday/thurs- chest tris, tuesday/friday- back bis, wednesday/saturday-legs shoulders.

    OK you are going to get plenty of grief for your cycle and age.
    Plan on not running any cycle for a few more years please due to age and many factors. The more you learn the more you will see we are right.

    Tren was a BAD idea. Bad, Bad, bad.

    Test should ALWAYS be ran with any cycle. It's the foundation to a good cycle.

    First cycle should always be Test E or Test C only, no need to stack to try to get more gains. Yes EVERYONE wasnt the maximum gains but you are putting yourself at risks

    It will be surprising if you do not end up with some serious side effects from the Tren like lower libido or ED problems in the future if not now.

    dont run deca until at least your 3rd or 4th cycle which should be when you are around 26+

    stay and learn about cycle and diet.

    ight thanks man, i am really swaying towards waiting another three years before i start any more cycles. Thanks everyone for the information
