    Delt Shot

I just took my first delt injection with sus 250. my buddy stuck it in asperated and then slowly injected I watched the whole process but at the very end when it was all injected blood came back in the syringe. I know he asperated and wasn't in a vein. What could this be?

Also its only been 5 min. and Its already kinda sore? Normal or not?

Soreness is normal, it will be much more sore tomorrow, believe me.

About blood coming in, did it come in the syringe when he was pulling the needle out, or did he stay in there where he injected, and then blood just came in?
Did he move the needle deeper and back while he was injecting?
If it was sus250, I assume you injected 1cc?

The blood came in when he was done injecting, and let it sit there for a second and it was just a small amount of blood.

In my opinion, if he aspirated before injecting, and nothing came in, and after just a small amount of blood came in, he didn't hit a big vessel, just maybe tore a capillary. That happens all the time, and it's not a problem. Anyway, if you're typing this, good chances are that you didn't inject into a blood vessel, cause you'd be dead by now and that is disputable too, because there are certain medical experts that claim that from 1cc nothing can happen.
Keep watch on your status for a few more days.

Completely normal. Even though you aspirate and you are not in a vein, you still have blood within your muscle tissues.

What you are seeing is nothing to worry about at all.
