1st cycle of Test E
I am 40 years old and have been working out for about a year. I took my first Test E 300mg @ 1cc last week. I recieved the injection in my gluts. The next day I was extremly sore. The day after that I was even worse. The third day the soreness slowly leaves. I waited 4 days and injected the same amount into the other glute. The same thing happened. I am using a 22g 1 1/2" BD needle. I can feel the knot under my skin. I was wondering if this is normal and will it get any better? In addition, is there anything I can do to reduce the soreness? Thanks

How do you heat the oil, what is a good temp, and do you heat the vile or the test in the needle? Thanks

The heating never really did work for me personally.... you can also try buying some sterile oil and cutting your test with it.

I just sat on a bag of ice for 5-10 minutes, then injected. I never got sore. Let others comment on my post. Ive done 3 cycles and never got sore, but not the most experienced in the forum

Are you putting the needle on the upper outer part of the glute? Like 4 or 5 inches or so down from the hip bone? I had a nurse pin me more towards the middle/lower part and I think she clipped the sciatic nerve ... Hurt like a mutha!

If this is your first cycle we could help out alot more with some stats(height/weight). Reason being 600mgs a week could be toned down to 500mgs for your first cycle. As for glute shots what i do is i split the glute into quarters and only inject within the upper right section. This spot has minimal nerves and insures you hit the glute. The knot I think has to do with not getting deep enough and missing your injection so make sure your fully inserting the needle 1.5" should always get the job done.

The Enanthate ester is made to release slowly so it stays in the muscle for several days. For me it never really got better, I just got used to it I think. I think that Organon pharmaceutical grade stuff would be better but I have never been able to get my hands on any, only UGL stuff.
I admit that the first time I did it the pain and big knot worried me a bit but my experience has remained about the same with each shot I have ever done and is about like you described. I just use glutes and delts and rotate. e.g. Left glute, right glute, left delt, right delt, repeat ... And I do two shots a week, Monday morning and Thursday evening.
The pain and the knot for me seem to spread through the muscle over the three or four days and then subside. It's just the oil disseminating slowly. That is actually the selling point for Enanthate, fewer injections.

go to **************.com make sure your hitting the glute right. could be the gear, but i also like a heat pad or hot bath after shot to help.
