AAS and creatine
I have asked a few people this already but wanted to get a few more opinions should creatine be used on AAS or not ive had some people tell me it should and others tell me it shouldnt

I would save my creatine for PCT or post PCT. Two reasons, 1st you want see what kind of results you get off of the gear not creatine, 2nd after your cycle you might lose some of your gains and creatine might help you maintain what you have gained.

Considering that when u cycle u retain water and creatine retains water as well (eventhough I havnt found a study where it's documented I'm pretty sure it does)
I wouldn't use ... I would save it for pct

Agree^^^I would save all that stuff creatine, NO's, ZMA for PCT or post PCT as stated above, if your gonna get on something I say NO shotgun or sythesize, you kinda kill that creatine bird, NO bird and you get 20g of protein all with one stone. I plan to use one of these PCT and post PCT
