    Deca & Test E

    OK I've done this cycle before but its been a year since I touch anything!! So I am going to start on Oct I am thinking of running it like this, O and my stats 220lbs 5/8 20bf I'm trying to reduce that as much as I can doing cardio 4 to 5times a week following a low calorie diet!! anyway:

    Deca 400mg Mon & Thur 8-10 weeks

    Test E 500mg Mon & Thur 8-10 weeks

    Just got thru asking same question
    1-12 test
    1-10 deca

    mine is
    1-14 test e 300mg e3.5d
    1-12 deca 200mg e3.5d
    1-5 dbol 40mg/day
    12-16 drol 100mg/day

    What about pct?

    U can leave out the orals and bump the test to 250mg and shorten the weeks if u like

    Deca 8-10 weeks is rather short... Ide go for like 12 weeks with deca.

    BRO theres a whole section about serms ai's and pct go read up on the forums and stickys and youu can learn what you want...hell just go read the profiles and no you dont inject liquid letrozole you squirt it up your ass..nah j/j you drink it but seriously go do some research so u dont screw yourself up
