My bet would be muscle pain, reason being that that's what it is 99% of the time. If you get muscle pain in weird places it can make you paranoid that it's an organ or whatever... for instance when I first started getting pains in my pecs I thought my heart was f***ed!
Anyway your liver is on the right side so you that's one thing you can cross off your list. I could tell you what's on the left-hand side but then you would just get paranoid that you have a problem with that organ.
Really I'd go with muscle pain.

Now all you gotta do is fight the urge to look up on the internet what's under your left ribcage :P
Really man I've been sick in the past before, and I find that looking up health stuff on the internet always had the same effect: I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE
I'm a little better at looking health stuff up now, but there a few months ago I had diarrhorea for a few days and then I ended up shitting blood. So I looked up "bloody diarrhorea" on the internet and it tells me that it's fatal in 90% of cases... which didn't exactly make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
For Christ's sake, even type something simple like "chickenpox" in Google Image Search and you'll only get the worst most horrible cases of it.
I'm not saying that you shouldn't educate yourself on anatomy or whatever... but just do it at the time when it won't make you paranoid as f***.
And of course I'll have to throw in a disclaimer:
If the pain gets really bad and persists for a long time you should probably see a doctor (but the chances of that happening are less than the chances of you getting in a car crash today)
