    Back at the game

Hello everyone and looks like a great forum with all kinds of great info.

I have been back to the gym now for 3 months from a long lay off ( 8years).

Was making some great gains but now starting to draw off finally. In the past i have taken many different types of steroids and found a great edge and personal rewards with them.

Im still a young 33 years old. 185lbs at 5"7 with im guessing under 10% body fat. Need to get that tested.

Any new brands out there now since my days?
I used Sustanon 250's stacked with one type of a pill or another back then.

Any recomendations for this old but new guy??

    Thanks in advance.

I will continue to read more of the info throughout this site as my answer may already be kicking around.

AAS are old drugs and not much has changed in years. Been alot of advances in PCT/anti-e type drugs through breast cancer research tho. Why did you let training go for 8 years? what made you come back to the gym? why only 3 months and you want to juice again?

Old school sust guy. I recommend hanging around and reading while getting so more time in the gym under your belt. Get your diet in check then the gear will work much better.

Everything was impossible until somebody did it!

    I've got 99 problems......but my squat/dead ain't one !!

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

I have and will be doing much more reading for sure as i plan to be more educated than in my younger and foolish days.

I had walked away from the gym just from life itself keeping me busy. I spent my efforts working on building a manufacture company and getting my family life in order. Now i have my company running very well and have the free time to spend my efforts back at the gym again. (feels great to)

I have been working on the diet side of things now for the last year or so and had also been working cardio during this time.

I wont be starting my first come back cycle till ive hit around the 6-8 months of training. And why the juice?? I made some great gains in my younger years with little to no side effects and i believe with all the advances and info available today i should be in a great position to try again. I have always had a true passion for all forms of weight lifting from a young age. I started training at a very young age of 12years old and was a member of the ontario weight lifting team by the age of 16. After several years of the olympic weight lifting i went back to bodybuilding where i continued to train until i decided to call it quits for the reasons mentioned above.

The diet and cardio is a new and great find for me as in my younger years i had no interests in either!! I have found it very interesting and still know i have much to learn on the diet side of things. I believe my great gains so far are already due to paying attention to my diet. Also one huge difference with my training now is FORM !!!
Back in our younger years it was all about who could shoulder press and bench press the most.... hahahah dumb and young.

    more to come.
