i have been working out for a while now. i am turning 20 very soon and fancy a slight change.

wanting to build up and then cut down. only want to do steroids twice 6 weeks to build up and 6 weeks rest then 6 weeks to cut down and then that is it.

will this still work or will i cause my body harm since it can not get fully used to the steroids.

i will be working out 5 times a week lifting weights for all parts of my body and eating healthy.


i have never done them before and want to know if it is safe to try it once with the two steroid types.
