if SO how much should be taken and when
ill be doing 250mg test eth week,400mg eq and winny 50mg eod

Personally I would not waste my money on it. A more economical approach would be to have some Nolva on hand.

Its up to you, I like having Nov and armidex on hand. I plan to run nov my entire next cycle, and i just finished a cycle with nov on board the entire time. Liquidex isnt very expensive, and its better and cheaper than bitch tits.
