Timing!

Let's say for the 1st cycle i will be doing:

1-12 Weeks Test E @ 250mg x 2 times per week
1-12 Proviron 50mg ed or 25mg ed

and if you will be forced to do the below for fighting estrogen sides:

Adex .25mg eod or .50mg eod
Nolva 10mg ed

My main question is about the timing; when are you going/supposed to take the orals above knowing that i will take the Test E shots 3.5 days apart.

i read somewhere let's say for example you take adex 6 hours after you Test E shot (i do not exactly remember the number of hours or if this is even correct but what i read is that there is science behind the need to take these orals in or after a specific time! "blood plasma levels or something")

As I said, time of day won't matter, and as I said in your other thread, I wouldn't take the nolva or the adex unless sides call for it. You can't judge what will be needed on this cycle based on an unrelated ph cycle.

Just to clarify, my blood test that i was talking about was the latest (2-3 Oct09) and the only hormonal cycle that i did was last year, the latest blood tests results came with very High E2 & Cortisol levels!

Exactly why I would have the aforementioned on hand in case sides appear. If you really want to, include adex at .25/eod from the start of the cycle, your call really. I know I would not run the cycle as you have it listed, as marcus said in your other thread, that's overkill.

Marcus, said to drop the:
Proviron 50mg ed
Adex .50mg eod
Nolva 10mg ed

So let's say i will remove the 50 mg Proviron everyday and have the Nolva on hand and use .25 Adex throughout the cycle as you said, does this make it easy on my body as the 1st cycle?

Also, what's wrong about the Proviron setup i mentioned, is it the dose or the long time 12 weeks?
