Tren & Winnie
I just started my 1st cyle of Tren & Winnie ....... im doing 50mg Mon,Weds,Fri of TREN and 100 mg Mon,Weds,Fri of Winnie.....
In how long should i start seeing progress and affects? because im looking on getting shredded for halloween my diet is awesome!
Im 22 5'10 175lbs...

Horrible cycle, what's your planned pct? You do realize that nolva will not boost your natural test that you have already completely suppressed by taking a 19nor, right? Not to mention that your stats indicate your diet is far from ok.

You need to forget the tren and winny for now.
Bulking cycle, if anything.
I would put on some weight through diet first.
Most of your last cycle was either water retention, or poor PCT protocol

Diet: morning - egg whites/bagel/orange use- 10:30 - tuna w/lemon/Protein/banana/ 2:30 chicken breast/sweet potato/greens/apple or banana 5:30 SAME ____ night Protein and Fruits thats my diet to cut down !!!!

Do you know your macros?
Go to the diet section and post your diet.
Let some of our diet experts work on that.
Then post your training protocol in the workout section.
Scrap the cycle for now.

Running this cycle you proposed is not very good.
I will not get into the specifics of why.
Your 2 young to be running gear anyways.
Tren will slam the crap out of your HPTA.
At your weight,if you still are holding water, then that is a indicator of diet and cardio issues.(Exercise)...
I'm trying to help you.
So try to listen to what I am saying.
If you go and run this cycle, but won't take advice, and run it anyways, then why are you here???

it just gets old with these same questions day in and day out....its obvious you have read the profiles of the compounds you want to run...whats escaping you is that you cycle is not the best for your goals....if you want help then go to the diet forum and post your diet again..there are good peeps there that will set you on the path to success....you appear to be in good shape so aas may not be needed as much as a good diet......i would suggest you tone down your attitude as well cus your stay here will be short....you have to expect a little flack when you come onto a forum where peeps know there shit and ask a not so educated question......im sorry i offended you.....

Lstar listen to these guys. You are on a vicious path to cycle and be worse off than you were before. You will wind up frustrated and discouraged. The real key to the city you want to live in is in diet and proper exercise. In other words you do not have those two down or you wouldn't be trying to cycle, and you damn sure wouldn't look like you do. The path of least resistance here is doing gear, and you are tryin gto take that. Problem is your choice in that is not a good one either. Seriously man post your diet and work out and get the help there. Work on the advice given you for 6 months and see if we are lying to you. You have nothing to loose by getting a better diet and work out routine. You have a lot to loose doing what you are doing.

look i do monday- chest and tricep.... i start with 135 den move up to 185 3rd rep 205 nd last 225 thats ..... den incline i do 135 and maybe move up 5olbs if my shoulders arent hurting den i go do cables and dumbells same with tricep cables dumbells.... i running also with the sauna suit... when on test n deca /anavar i did 315
Tue- back/biceps......... biceps been my strongest muscle i do curls/dumbells/machines/bars/ and back machines and dumbells
Weds- I do easy on the legs cause im still recovering from a femur surgery 10 months ago.....
thur- shoulders/traps- machines/dumbells.... different weights depending on my shoulders
And fri I DO THE SMA EAS MONSAY any suggestions? And i run everyday with the sauna after workots but i just started doing this 2 weeks ago.

ok, i just posted the same similar question concerning Tren . I just picked up some Tren NV 100 from NutriVet. I was to take 3cc's a week, stack it with Test or Deca . I have Deca. I know that probally isnt the best base. I also have Dbol and Anadrol . The Anadrol sent my strength through the roof, but the side effects(sick feeling) out-weighed the results. So my question is: Tren, Dbol and Deca....Shitty or not?
