Hey so I will be starting this novice cycle here http://www.steroid.com/novicecycle1.php pretty quick and it says I should take 400mgs of cyps a week. Now I am wondering is that all in one shot? or twice a week at 200 mgs?

Also how do you convert mgs into CCs??

its mg per cc so if uyou have cyp 200 than 1 cc is 200 mg 2 cc is 400 mg ect...

right your vial will be 10ml so that means you get 10 1mg shots out of it so if your cyp is 200mg per ml that means you need to pull up to the 1 mark on the syringe so you need to do 1ml (200mg) on a mon and the same on a thurs which means you will be doing 400mg per week ie 2ml
