    susta? or deca?

    guys, im 5'7 and 143lbs..thats im not that muscular and i train MMA, i want to have a body like georges st. pierre, lean and strong, but i dont want to gain that much weight. Im fighting at 139lbs. i can lose that 4lbs easily but if i take sustanon or deca , will i gain too much weight? whats better?
