aneurysm while on steroids ?(criza)

hey guys,

today the scariest thing happened with me at gym, i was talking to the coach in gym asking him about some exercises, i was looking at him it took him 2 minutes to answer me, than his eyes went upwards and started to move in a weird way as if an electric shock or something, i believe it's aneurysm, he stayed like that for 15 mins until the ambulance came to gym and took him as the coach said it's low sugar but i really don't believe its sugar i never saw this case of sugar in my life... would steroids cause that ? i think he took an injection 45 mins before it happened to him..
any ideas guys ? explanation !!

I think it must be because of insulin . I'm pretty sure.

And there's no way steroids make you get an aneurysm.

I agree, could it be possible that he mixed two wrong types of steroids ? could that lead to this behavior?
i was really weird, he started saying i'm ok i'm ok and kept on doing weird things, something wrong happened and i know its not sugar, i just got a call and my friend told me that he said to the owners of the gym that its just low sugar in his body that caused this... i know its not possible...

i'm not sure, the way he was moving (standing he didnt even fall) like a robot.. a doctor was at gym he said something is not normal and if he wasnt big (muscular) he would have lost his life..

things that made me doubt that it's steroids , i actually told him i'm taking testoviron cycle for 8 or 10 weeks but my biceps muscles are kind off weak (takes time to grow i guess) i asked if i can inject in the biceps muscles, he replied "its a bad start if it's ur first cycle" he turned his back and walked..

as for now he's back home not hospital ...
