Alright, right now i am taking altered state and anabolic OD from muscle asylum. considering ordering the Var 10 from here, is it worth it, or should i wait and go for the real stuff.

Don't waste your money on any of the stuff above. Garbage. The only thing that will improve your cardio is hard work. It sucks, but it's true. Anavar will help slightly, but not as much as just making sure that every time you run you are beating or meeting your previous time. As your heart and lungs become more efficient you will improve your time. EPO works really well! It tells your body to make more red blood cells, but it is really hard to get.

Right on man! Running is all about the heart and your joints. You need to work up to goals. When i first started running a month and a half ago i could only run for seven munites without dying. I worked up to 15munites at 5.5mph on treadmill then worked up to 20 two weeks later then 25 two weeks later now im running thirty munites a day
first fifteen at 5.5mph and the other fifteen at 6.0
The only thing that kept me back was my knees.... take vitamins for your joints! nothing else will be better except sweat and hard work. You can kill yourself when it comes to running and you will get discouraged and quite.
Make small improvement every week. And remember if you did it once you can do it agian! Im 21 year old and found out how to condition and run longer and faster for the first time in my life. Its def worth trying it out!

The best way to improve your time at any distance is interval training. I have quite a bit of running experience.
What is your current 2 mile time and how much do you have to improve it by and how long do you have to get there?
No drugs will help. Running is mostly about mindset. Let me know your goals and I can suggest a training regiment that will get you there. If you like to read, pick up a Jeff Galloway book. He is about the best resource on distance running training out there.

well i thought i had a little more time, i have to get 1.5 miles in 14:30 next sunday, i think i should be able to do it, if not ill die trying, after these tests are done i want to just run to stay in shape on top of my workout, i get big quick but have problems getting cut up, i just end up looking strong and fluffy

im in the same boat........... 1.5 miles you must be AF and i know this is gunna suck but really the only way to drop real time off you run is to do sprints.....

I have been a distance runner for some time before I became a body builder. I will tell you right now, AAS will really not offer too much help. Sure, some test and an oral may up your red blood cell count a little bit, but you aren't going to be shaving minutes off your two mile time. In addition, you'd have to run somewhat high dosages and probably have to deal with a heck of al ot of sides.
The best way to become a runner is to just run everyday. It takes time, don't try to take shortcuts. You want your heart to become bigger and stronger and more efficient. Just be consistent with your training, and don't over do it.
If you really want a chemical solution what you want is Erythropoietin (EPO). It is an injectable, and it is what Lance Armstrong was accused of using.

Agree, EPO is the deal... if you are able to get it legit.
