    Getting back in Gym Rouitine & Preparing for First D-Bol sycle

    well i was very commited about goin to the gym..but lately been lagging becuase of my car and other bullshit that life throws at you...but i started workin out like a maniac beginning of this year my tats where
    6"3 at 175lbs
    then when done i was at 6"3 at 196lbs
    , i went to the gym everyday from about 8:30pm to 11:00pm sometimes longer for about 5 months..in june i stared goin gradually like 2x a week maybe for sum real drama in my life..and have not been in since july..

    but now am very commmited and want to run a d-bol cycle..the thing is i just got off an omnevol cycle and am currently done wit pct..so how long should i wait and start this cycle..or should i hit the gym for 1 month commited and then run a cycle or just jump str8 into the cycle??

    Hit the gym untill you cant get in any better shape naturally then juice..Might want to watch the overtraining...

    You are jumping the gun a bit. I had 5 years of prep and 5 months of research before I ever stuck myself with a needle bro. but I agree with Chucky. You need to add some form of test. either cyp or en for first cycle.
