i will also be taking tyler's liver detox factor throughout also. I would recommend he take something for his liver while taking accutane and dbol

I took Accutane about 10 years ago and would never want to go back on that stuff again. it's pretty hardcore for sure. That being said i was VERY NERVOUS when starting this cycle (1st cycle ever) and was praying I didn't get any acne. I've been using an acne wash twice a day and so far no issues at all. I've had a couple zits on my shoulders here and there but nothing that would ever bother me. Everyone is different and I've heard it's about a 50/50 chance of the acne coming back. Honestly, if I were him I would NOT cycle at this point. Let his body adjust to coming off the Accutane and just train normally. Going thru something as intense as Accutane is difficult enough why try to get the acne back. If he was smart he would have done the cycle first and then the Accutane.

How old is he anyways? I'm guessing he's prob. too young for AAS anyways.

I took doctor-prescribed accutane years ago and never had any problems. The only side effect i had was dry lips. I think the supposed harshness of the drug is exaggerated.

I asked my dermatologist about low-dose therapy and he said it may work but the effects might not last as long as if you took the normal dose. I'm not a doctor, but I personally wouldn't hesitate to use a low dose of accutane on while on a test-e cycle. But definitely don't take dbol (or any oral) and accutane at the same time, as they both put stress on the liver.

10mg each day while on cycle will keep your skin totally dry, and clear of zits.

It's a low dose, but very effective.

    thanks guys for the input.

    he is 24 btw pistolpete.

hes told me that the only sides he got were dry lips and dry nostrils causing the occasional nose bleed. he said that the drug is blown out of proportion! i wouldnt know!

so do u suggest sum sort of milk thistle to aid his liver if taking dbol and the low dossage of accutane??

I've never been on accutane myself, but is your friend's acne REALLY terrible? I was prescribed doxycycline for my acne when I was a teenager and in like 4-6 months, I went from having moderately severe acne to perfectly clear skin. It's a lot less harsh on your liver, it's much, much cheaper and easier to get from a dermatologist or probably any doctor for that matter. With accutane there are some complications, like if you get a bad injury healing may be delayed or complicated, and scarring can be horrible. Plus I've heard many places that milk thistle can act as estrogen or make estrogen properties worse? I've never experienced any problems myself but http://diabetes.emedtv.com/milk-this...stle-safe.html you can read:
Milk thistle may have estrogen-like properties and could, theoretically, stimulate some cancers (especially estrogen-sensitive cancers, such as breast cancer). If you have cancer (or have ever had cancer), do not take milk thistle without checking with your healthcare provider.

Not saying it's gonna give you gyno or make you bloat up insanely but these are all things to take into consideration. Just my two cents

If he had severe acne before steroids ..... he will probably get the acne back when he goes on.

A low dose of accutane will help but there are other options for him that he can try before trying accutane. Tell him to buy Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) start it a few weeks before his cycle and run 10 grams a day. If he starts getting acne even on B5 - he can always start the accutane and it'll take care of it.

B5 would be a safer bet if he was going to run Dbol ......

Previous cycle with Test E and Deca triggered bad chest acne which took me three months of below regimen and laser treatment to remove scarring and stopped acne. I'm currently on Tren /Test E as well and the below regimen prevent acne formation:

    1) roccutane 10mg/d
    2) clindamycin tab 100mg/day
    3) Differin gel (night only)
    4) hydrocortisone or betamethasone cream + gentamycin for big pustules
    5) certirizine/ Zytrec one tab/day (to reduce inflammatory response)
    6) 100mg lysozyme/danzene
