Whats the best way to reach 500mgs a week using sust250 1cc amps?

Right now im doing 1/2cc EOD and have read that this is the best to keep levels.

Is it that big of a difference to just do 1cc shots twice a week?

i love sust ,many here dont like it due to the mix of esters but i alwasy find that 250mgs mon and same thursday works fine for me.

Ya im a old school sust guy forsure!

I used to shoot 250mgs 3 times a week but this is my first cycle in many years so just starting at 500mgs but hate leaving 1/2cc laying around for a few days.

love it too!! trying the eod approach this time and i dont see any diff at all frm x2 a week, infact i may even go back to 2x a week for rest of cycle.

Id like to just blast a shot 2 times a week if its just as effective.
