its an exercise program utilizing your bodyweight as resistance I haven't done it personally but some friends have had success with it, with losing weight.
I doubt many have done this simply because you are not going to build mass with those workouts.

When I was in the core, I did situps, pushups, and got ran into the ground ED.

That was in 1984.

I have been doing it and it will lean you up. You do use dumbbells in alot of the workouts and you can add some size. However, if you follow the program for 90 days it will get you leaned up and looking cut. Plus it also increases your overall body definition that many pure lifting techniques won't cover. The yoga and stretching are great for the body. I am doing a hyrbrid P90x with lifting every week and I am seeing great results.

P90x comes with a diet u got to follow and that 80% of it. If ur just going for the toned look i guess the exercises would work but u could run in place for 45min a day at ur target heart rate and achieve the same thing fat lose wise. I would drop down to a couple days a week heavy workout and hit the elliptical every morning with a strick diet before i bought this.

You can download P90x on isohunt or piratebay for free, burn it to a DVD and print out the manual. Alot of paper to print, may cost you a printer cartridge, but worth it. Just don't print the whole manual out on high quality photo settings, as this may take many refill printer cartridges. Not a good program for bulking up, good for endurance and toning.

I did it and it works great to cut up and get ripped, but your not really going to see much bulk from it.

Good feedback, I was looking into this as a pre-track season workout to get in even better shape. May give it a go and give an update.

p90x was great. thats what started me exercising...i did an ECA stack while doing it, especially for the plyometrics dvd. i lost a lot of weight from it, and im sure clen would be in the same boat.
