Steroids for someone who developed gynecomastia naturally?

A friend of mine is starting to show an interest in steroids . He's about 26 years old and he's black (Carribean). He's over 6 foot tall, very muscular and very strong. He benchpresses something like 110 kg.

Now the thing is, he's got gynecomastia (and he hasn't even juiced yet!). When he's wearing a T-Shirt it simply looks like he's holding fat on his chest, but when you see him in the sauna it's obvious that he's packing a set of breasts.

Lately he's starting to ask me more and more questions about steroids, it seems to me he's thinking of juicing. I haven't given him any encouragement or discouragement, I've just answered his questions objectively.

Of course, if it comes to the point where he says he's gonna juice, I'm gonna have to tell him: You're definitely gonna get some really bad bitch tits.

But I was thinking. Even for someone who developed gynecomastia naturally without taking juice, is it possible to totally prevent further breast development by taking something like Aromasin or Letrozole while on-cycle?

If he takes an aromatase inhibitor my uneducated guess is yes it can be dine without further development....
But tell him to try nolva for 6 months at 20 mg and to report back if gyno is gone or less, I would try it on myslef but I'm just too tight on the money even for something like nolva, but apparently that seems to help with pubertal gyno quite a bit

he should check his estrogen levels if they are off , and if they are i dont think he should juice , he must go sort the problem with an endo first.

If not and his estrogen levels are fine , then i suppose there is nothing to worry about he can juice and take some good doses of AI .

oh ya and by the way , u sure its gyno ?? the glandular hard type or just fat and water deposists . if its fat , he should try dieting first and losing more fat to see if they go , if not , liposuction can solve it.

but still i insist that he takes AI in good doses if he is going to juice.
