    Workout for Noob to AAS.

Ive trained for years. I am wondering if I should plan on a different workout when on gear. More or less rest days. Focus on reps or sets. Bigger weight Im sure. But any other bits of wisdom on workouts. I can pull two a days if thats good. I tend to go with 3 days on 1 off repeat, or 5 days on 2 off.
Can do 6 days on 1 off, if I go over that I tend to get a cold / flu.

If your current training routine works, keep it. Just change your diet

Its more important to make progress in the gym than training everyday.
I ramp up the wolume and using heavier weights. You could train the weakest bodypart 2x week. I know alot of people like to train the whole body 2x week. I like once pr week. Its up to you. Progress and intensity is the key imho.
