Test E- Very Thin Oil

I got some test-e from a UGL and the oil is super super thin, almost water-like.
I wanted to know if anyone has had test like that before?
The Omnadren I'm running right now is like 10 times as thick, so I wanted to know if it's a bad sign, or if it's completely normal. I'm told the test is in ethyl oleate and grapeseed oil.

Been using some Sus250 from a canadian pharmacy and its the same way, very thin almost water like, compared to some test c I got from a UGL that was very thick and gooey, but the sus works just as good as the cyp.

Ya the EO makes it very thin.
