i can stack it up to 15 eggs...any more food and i will burst. Wondering how will i eat all THIS in the first place :P

Another thing. Initially i wanted to go in for a sust+Deca +D'bol stack and i had prepared a gain workout basis that.
Will i have to make modifications now that i am just doing Sust?
I have also decided to do an 11 week cycle. Start with 250mg/week for two weeks, let my body adjust to that and then jack up to 500mg/week for the next six weeks. The last three weeks will be 250 mg/weeks as well.
All these cuz since the whole idea of doing a test only cycle is to figure out how it affects the body, i think slowly amping it up and then getting it down will help me understand it better. Rude shocks could very well throw my plans into a tizzy.
I also don't have too much support in my vicinity/gym and i am depending ONLY on these forums to help me out...
Please do tell me more stuff to watch out for etc etc...what all to add on to the bit (glutamine, BCAA, Calcium, multivits, evion????)

A lot of your questions can be answered by just reading some of our educational threads. You are not the only one in this boat, so don't worry, as long you do your research the vets here are pretty solid.
I wouldn't recommend ramping up your Sus, but I will leave that to a Vet to chime in. And it sounds like you're making it out that suddenly a Sus only cycle is no longer a Mass Gainer, if you're eating right it will be as much mass as you can handle.
Focus on your diet, focus on eating. DO NOT start this cycle, and start this diet at the same time, you need to be comfortable with this diet, you need to know you can scarf down this food. 3K calories is cake for most of the guys here because we have been eating way more for quite some time. But I know if you're not used to it, its tough.
06:00 AM 1.5 scoop whey in milk
06:30 AM 5 whole Scrambled Eggs +5 - 7 Egg whites (try liquid egg whites)
06:30 AM One tbsp All Natural Peanut butter s/w (Or Almond Butter)
06:30 AM 1 Cup of Steel Cut Oats <--added
08:00 AM Apple
10:00 AM 1 Cup Oatmeal (Steel Cut Oats, no sugary oat meal)
10:00 AM 1 scoop Universal real gain
11:00 AM 10 Almonds
01:00 PM 1 cup cooked Brown rice
01:00 PM 300 grams cottage cheese 100 grams is about <20grams of protein
04:00 PM 1.5 scoop whey
06:00 PM workout
08:00 PM 1.5 scoop whey get it to 35+ protein at least
08:30 PM 3 whole hard boiled eggs
08:30 PM 5-7 boiled egg whites (liquid)
08:30 PM ½ cucumber, 1 tomato, ½ capsicum
08:30 PM Lentil Soup
09:30 PM 1 scoop Universal real gain
09:30 PM 1 Glass Milk
You can try to throw in some kind of Fiber Supplement, it doesn't look like you will be getting too much fiber with this diet. My personal favorite is Psyillium Husk, its natural and I toss it in with my PB.
And I looked up Universal Real Gain, 600 calories @ 5/87/52
I am not a huge fan of Mass Gainer Supplements, you want MOST of your protein from real sources, not just shakes and gainers.
It still needs some work but I gave it a shot..

I have decided to go for sust 250.
250mg/week for 12 weeks straight.
10 mg Nolva/day
This since, i am not going to eat meat, and since my protein intake will be around 200-220 gm/day a lighter dose will work optimally.
since this is my first cycle, it'll help me monitor how my body reacts to the test better.
if four weeks down i feel that the dose isn't doing justice, will jack it upto 500 mg/week.
started on my new diet today...don't have room to breathe...yet

IMO starting your first cycle at same time with diet is a big mistake.
Kcal count is nice on chart, but in reality everyone is different and maybe you will discover that your new diet will add you fat or (most problably) won't add weight. and it's important to know this before and without AAS on body cause after you end your cycle (let's say it worked good), diet is the only thing you will have (provided training routine is ok) to keep the results (or part of the results).
if you don't "test" your diet first and without AAS, you will end up losing all what you gained while trying to fix it during PCT.
So an advice:
1) find a diet that you can keep for the whole year (and not just for the duration of the cycle)
2) try it without AAS and see how much weight you gain with that...then tune it. don't start AAS as long as you haven't found a diet which makes you gain 2-3 kg/month (without adding fat) otheriwse, 4 months from end of your cycle, you will be as now regardless of what you achieved on cycle
3) if it's your first cycle, i believe your gear is an overkill. you are light (67kg is really a few) and you have fresh receptors. Hell, just 30mg dbol will boost you big time (if diet is good). Personally i would just go dbol (20mg, eventually increasing it if you don't see results but you will see many results) + some test (300mg/week for long ester). you will gain a lot if you train and eat right.
