Which of the two is a better cycle???

So I am still doing reseach for my next cycle and I am really undecide between the two. I am looking to cut up. Any advise would be helpful

first optioin

Test E 500mg 1-14 EW
EQ 600mg 1-12 EW
Winny 50mg 10-14 ED
T3 weeks 1-12 50mcg ED
proviron weeks 1-14 50mg ED
hcg , definitely. 125-250iu E3D
I will also be running adex everyday at a low dose due to being prone to gyno.

PCT 4 weeks Nolva and Clomid

Second choice

Test P 200mg 1-8 eod
Tren A 150mg 1-8 eod
T3 weeks 1-12 50mcg ED
proviron weeks 1-14 50mg ED
hcg, definitely. 125-250iu E3D

I guess I would ask what you favor ? Compounds that you have ran and got positive results . I dislike quad test compared to cyp .

I have not ran tren , but sounds very promising .

Have you ran the t-3 before ? What time of day do you take it ?

I have only taken thest compounds previously Test E, Deca , dbol , winny, anavar .

I have been hearing great things about Tren and am considering but again, still doing research.

I have never taken T-3 before but have read to take it in the morning upon waking up.

i'd run the second cycle. Less steroids , but probably just as effective.

There is no comparison between Test and tren is one of the best combo's going.

Now if you want us to help you with the correct dose your going to have to list your previous cycles and results.

previous cycle as follow.

1st cycle test 250mg ew for 12 weeks. PCT 4 weeks nolva
2nd cycle dbol 40mg test 500mg Deca 300 ew for 12 weeks PCT clomid, nolva
3rd cycle sust 500mg decas 400mg. Had to stop half way do to full blown gyno. Letro helped..

any advise would be helpful with which cycle I should take next. I will not do this until the spring time just doing research on best option.
