Clen T3 Winstrol Decca Stack
Hi, I have come up with a stack to strip body fat and buil alot of lean muscle at the same time i was just wondering what people thought of it.
I am 21 6ft and weighing around 250 pounds with a bmi around 16%. Here is what i have come up with. i am a bit weary of taking deca though due to possible side effects. All advice is welcome.

Ummmm.... No.
I'm kind of at a loss. It's just really poorly planned. Looks like you made a stab and researching but didn't follow through.
Plus, at 21 you probably don't really need (or want) to be playing with AAS. I am curious if you have any cycle experience though.
How's the diet?

i have been on a 6 week sustanon cycle before and it went pretty well until it come to pct and i couldnt get clomid or nolva in time complete shutdown lol. ino its poorly planned its my first shot at planning one for myself but obv isnt too good ha. what would you suggest for this sort of cycle. im looking to go down to around 10% bmi. i already have alot of muscle mass and im looking to lean up now. thankyou for stopping me before it was too late anyway haha. my diets pretty well planned, lots of protein, few carbs, next to nothing in terms of fat just enough to keep me going and lots of fruit/ fibre every day.

Winny is a waste at 16%bf. Dont use clen and t3 at this time. First get under 13% by training and diet.

1) There is no testosterone in this cycle. Most users on this forum will recommend a solid base of testosterone in all our cycles. Reason being: Deca and winstrol are derived from testosterone, but THEY ARE NOT TEST! Your body will interpret them as test and stop producing it's own. Test is (literally) what seperates the men from the boys. Without it, you can expectt a dramatic loss in libido (deca dick), lethargy, possibly depression, etc.
2) You are combining compounds that really don't go together. I know that your cycle will depend on your diet and training, but the fact is, certain steroids are better suited for different things. Winstrol = make you harder when taken at a low bf&, limits water retention. Deca = heavy water retention, which accounts for quite a bit of the mass, and deca will also probably put some fat on you. So you're wasting the winstrol altogether most likely. Not to say they can't be used together effectively, but it is more of something for an advanced steroid user who knows the two compounds well and has a solid diet and training to attempt.
3) Winstrol is better taken 50 mg once every 24 hours than 100 mg every 48.
4) Deca needs to be run longer than 6 weeks, at least around 8 to really get something out of it.
5) Clenbuterol is better run on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off pattern rather than every other week.
6) You are trying to accomplish bulking and cutting at the same time. They should be done separately. At 250 16% bf, you have a fair amount of muscle already most likely. You should try to naturally cut down with a healthy diet and good solid training.
