i was thinkn mabey runin 400mg/w.
what is the perfact doasage amount to take and how long when taking with test E
@ 500mg/w

If you were running it with Test E for 10 weeks then you would stop the deca at week 8

dont stop the deca at wk 8, its to short. extend ur test to 12-14 weeks and run the deca for 10-12. just run the test 2 weeks longer then the deca.

and test does not need to be double the deca, that is a old myth.

make sure u have a full pct ready and have some caber or bromo on hand for the deca sides.

Letro is overkill during a cycle, a-dex is far better IMHO

i have clomid for my pct, i also have letro to take during cycle for a couple weeks to help with the gyno i already had.

i dont think u need a 2:1 ratio im in the middle of a test e/deca n dbol cycle and am running 500mg test and 500 mg deca and dont have deca dick and am getting great results

Run dex after you get rid of the letro for gyno.

I would actually get rid of gyno before you start a new cycle.

You can run nolva @ 10 mgs ed for estro.

Or;

Dex @ .25 eod is ok.

Test @ 500 mgs wk X 12 wks.

Deca @ 400 mgs wk X 10

Run hcg @ 250 mgs X 2/3 day per wk during cycle.

14w test@ 500mg
12w deca @ 400mg
would I still be able to get it up(deca dick) with this doasage?
