    A couple questions for a newbie

    Hi there, considering taking steroids . I am very new to them and only know what I have been told via television, school etc. Whether it is true or false is another question...

    In any case, I am looking to put at least 15 pounds of LEAN muscle in as short as possible of time. I would like to avoid as much water weight as possible, as well I am on a budget and would prefer not to use a stack. In fact if possible just one orally ingested pill. I am vaguely familiar with winstrol stanozolol , are their any other steroids you guys could recommend? Also, can anyone give me more info on winstrol?

    Also how long does it take before I would start to see the side effects of gyno and the like? I am pretty much looking to get on the steroid and get off as quickly as possible.

    U will hate me for saying this u need to do alotof research andhate to break it to you steriods are not a magical drug that you take and gain the results. If you research more you will understand what I am talking about. The only thing u canrun without stacking is test( guys correct me if I am wrong) most of the steriods will needto be stacked, I take it that u r afraid of needles? then using steriods is a bad idea personally I am not a big fan of orals but its just me.
    I canpretty much gurantee with proper diet and exercise you can get 15 ls in six month. Post your diet in the diet section and let ppl critique your diet.
    Good luck and my honest opinion is to stay away from steriods do more research.

    Hi there, thanks Calgarian. I think I understand what you mean. I am just looking to educate myself on the matter, that is why I have come here!

    I am 20 years old, 160 pounds, six foot. Fairly lean due to a good diet over the last year, been training for about a year and have seen fairly good gains (went from being a stick to not so much). I havent always been able to eat as much as I would like because money is tight.

    My body fat is around 14 percent or lower.

    if you can't afford to eat right, you would be wasting your money on steroids .

    Does that include caloric intake, or protein intake, because I can afford to get well over the recommended amount of protein for muscle gain.

    X2 on that instead of WASTING( thats what it would be at this moment) money on roids use it to buy food. put your diet on diet section and see what ppl will tell you and go from there. U can be around 180-200 lbs without using any roids.

    diet section is ur best friend......recommended dose IMO is generilaztion of amount you should be taking but everybody is different and goals are different so AGAIN diet section is ur best friend.

    week 1-12 test e 500mg a week
    and a pct of nolva and clomid
    do you no anything about pct

    Thanks, but I am not looking for alot of mass hear, I am looking to lean out even more while gaining strength. That isn't possible? I have read all the links I have been given.

    You dont want to be cycling at your age, you have enough natural testosterone in place to make really decent gains, your HPTA hasnt fully developed yet and you dont want to be shutting that down when ist not fully functional, you could end up with low test for life and the sides of that are not pleasent especially in your 20's.

    Diet is the answer to your goals, go down to the diet section and design the right diet for you and train hard, gains will come, build a foundation first and dont start gear to young.
