Best Tribulus product??

looking for a libido kick...anyone have any luck with trib? which product?

Tribulus Terrestris is a waste of money.

It doesn't rise free testosterone (and even if it does, it does so light that you won't notice any effect).

If you have problem with libido, make a blood test (and check Testosterone total, free test, SHBG, Prolactin, Estrogen, DHT and so on...)

i started taking tribulus about 2 weeks ago, seems to help libido,and i got it at walmart of all places..lol..power gym..750mg,over 45% steroidal saponins...what ever that is..dont hurt to try...seems to be helping

-like everything else,you ask 10 ppl you get 10 differnt answers.......im sure it works better for some people than others......

I call placebo effect especially since alot of "libido issues" are psychological in nature (ie. you think you have a problem you start believing it and your phallus starts believing it).

im no doctor....but ive noticed a definite libido change.....is it all in my head....nope...after a week of taking it,it started to help, i know its working for me...

The mind is a powerful thing, if you make a weightlifting drug that builds muscle and give one group the actual drug and give the other group (placebo group) a sugar pill. 30% of that placebo group will achieve some sort of results.

But hey if it works for you so be it, studies I have read said it is ineffective.

The best TRIBULUS product I used was about a year ago.
I'm not sure if the maker ever released it. It was in
raw form and blended with a few other things.

all independent studies made on TT showed that it doesnt increase testosterone , free test or LH.

so it's a waste of money. ZMA would be better (only if you aren't getting enough zinc from diet...).
