    Theoretical gains

    Hi,

I have a question for a first time user.

Let's say we have an individual, 200 lbs @ 8% bf (legit). The Individual is close to or at his (proposed) "genetic limit".

What could this individual gain from steroids bodyweight wise and strength wise? Basic starter cycle, 500mgs Test-E over 12 weeks?

What would you consider proper diet? Do you think that something like Berardi's Precision NUtrition would be fine?

What is the general take on training while on? Just hypertrophy training or westside? DC? sets of 5?

    Alright Kratos

BJJ, I was just going by FFMI and Genetic Potential Calculators as popularized by Butt for example.
