    first time for IGF 1lr3

    Facts first. I am 26 have Been training since 18 and I have been on and off cycles since 23. I weigh 190lbs and I am 5"10 and stay in very great shape. Now I bought IGF and also MGF igf 1ec and I am looking for advice on how to run it and at how many mcgs. Thanks.
