your not going to want to bulk very much right now, especially since your already at 18% if you get above that, your going to have to diet for well over 12 weeks to lose the weight properly.
If I were you I would just do a short 10 weeks of prop, with possibly tren or mast, and some winny.
You could just do it with out any juice too
I would try to start eating clean and get your bf down to make your life easier

The competition is in June. First you need to get yourself to a decent bf% to start your prep. I would not want to start a prep above 13-14%(preferably lower). So diet and train now to prepare yourself for your contest prep.
Do you have a trainer in your area to point out weaknesses, instruct you with your diet and cardio, show you how to pose, tan and dye?
Visit the competition forum for further advise. There is a lot to learn if you want to prep properly. Don't listen to someone who says; "I have no idea. But if I were to do a comp I would do". You will fail this way.

so if i diet down to 14% bodyfat. would the test, prop and tren be a good idea. ??what about adding deca . i heard this is not a good idea. i have no one to help really. i have been training for 13 years. so i know about diet but this will be my first competition so in terms of contest prep im a novice. i have read and read about it as i want to be fully prepared.

Dont worry about your AAS cycle at this point. Its just one part of your complete contest preparation. More important is your diet and training regimen. You could have the perfect AAS contest prep cycle and still place last in your competition.
Visit the Diet and Competition forums and study. Then post questions if you can't search and find the answers. You need to fully understand the entire process.
There are various AAS cutting stacks, cutting drugs, thyroid drugs, dehydration drugs and methods. Too much for someone to tell you about in one thread.
Study, Study, Study.....
