diet for eqiupoise
i am 5''8 170 pounds. i and built pretty well, but want to cut my body up including my stomch. all my fat is on my stomach and its not much prob about 1 inch of fat on my lower stomach. an example of my diet is.
breakfast. 6 egg white-6oz turkey-multi grain bread
5 oz of wild rice
banana
lots of water
meso- tech protein shake(only half of it tho)
MID-lunch-1 lb turkey-1/2 lb grilled chicken with rice in a wrap
baked potato
a good full bowl of salad-with balsamic dressing with olive oil
lots of water
lunch-1/2 lb chicken
protein bar
8 oz pasta-with tomato sauce
more water
that is bascially what my diet look like on a daily basis-i also i eat shrimp and stuff like that. all low fat high protien and more carbs then i usually eat before i started EQ. I just wanted to knoow if i should cut down on my carbs and eating habbits in order to get cut up with a little gain in size becausei am full every second of the day.

EQ is suppose to make you hungry as fuck. So I would just keep the carbs responsible, good carbs..I am doing EQ soon and I won't cut out carbs thats for sure.

yah, definately agreed with CU here, you need the good carbs, on the contrary, eq didn't give me shit for hunger (600mg/week qv)

Bro you need to divide your meals out a little better to around 5 or 6 meals a day instead of three, your body is probablly throwing out have of the food your takin in on a diet like that, because remember food isnt time released. Oh yeah, if your wanting to cut up I'd stack that eq w/ some winny or fina or both.

i do have about 6-7 meals a day i was just given an example of my diet.how much does a cycle of winny cost and how much should i take of it. thanks alot for ur info

i stack test with it, and gains are moderate, id say 15-20lbs if diet, training, sleep are all in check...

Winny can be quite expensive, so here is what i'm doin personally on my current cycle of eq:
week1-10
eq-400mg/wk
t-prop-500mg/wk
and then i'm adding fina, t3, and clen on weeks 5-10. hope this helps bro.
