    Bridging Opinions

    Ive been on quite an extensive cycle ranging the last 12mnths, always a test base either test E, prop, or test blend( 5 diff tests)....ran with alot of primo, tren .....also have run HCG the last 8-10 weeks as well as consistent clomid/nolva.

    Also been running GH 4ius, stepped up to 5ius, 5 on 2 off....will continue to run GH year round.

    Was thinking of taking Clen , T3, Yohimbine mix with Proviron as a bridge.....was thinking of taking Var, but would like to come clean...well as clean as my mind will let myself....any opinions?

    Would like to be off 2 mnths at least, but with all this gear I wanna go another 12 mnths!

    If you want to fully recover then you need to come off entirely and two months wont cut it in my view. Now from the sound of it you dont really want to come off :-) And you really want to bridge which means NOT comming off. Please correct me if I am wrong and we can move from there

    Exactly,do you want to fully recover your hpta? Depending on your age and other things,it might be extremely difficult now.I myself could no longer recover.Hrt now.Good luck.

    I feel like my HPTA is still ok bc I've been using the HCG for a while as well as clomid consistently during this extended cycle. The "boys" are still hanging and libido seems to be working fine! I would like to give my body a rest and come off completely, but I honestly dont know if I can do a 6 mnth "clean" run....just want to give my body a little time off.

    I was 170 lbs approx 10%BF before....currently 185lbs approx 8%BF.
    I really dont want to get to much bigger just want to stay lean and hard as well as gym motivation takes a plummet when not on gear.

    Your stats are not great for someone who as been on for so long, how tall are you?

    I personally would come off and recover, you can bridge with HGH which will be far better than any AAS and you will be able to recover yourself from shutdown

    Honestly, I dont diet...eat whatever I want, train 3-5 days a week have good genetics when it comes to staying lean....I'm only 5'8....I dont want to be too much bigger, I like the leaner look and I bulk up really easy so I run my gear very moderately, but I'm strong as hell and I like to stay as lean and hard as i can....dont like bulking, never do it.

    FYI, I am the stats i am bc I CHOOSE to be not that I dont know what I'm doing....not everyone wants to be a proff BB

    not tryin to tell you what to do or anythin bro but you could get that quite naturaly, dont need all the gear, seems a waste to me

    I'm 185lbs and approx 8- 10% BF......when I started bout 5 years ago i was 150lbs.....I've put on 35lbs of solid muscle.....each cycle i've done would yield approx 8-10lbs then lose about 3-4lbs when I came off....its been a slow steady climb but I cant do too much test bc I'm very susceptible to edema (water retention) esp in my face.....and IMO its a waste to look good and big if you face is fat as fck.....also i partied like a rockstar during the first 4 yrs and just now realizing alcohol and drugs have a HUGE impact on gains regardless of how much gear you take
