    spot shooting question

    can i spot shoot test propionate into my abdominal muscle or my obliques? if so what gauge pin and volume of fluid...ie .5ml or 1ml

    i thought it might help my abs grow, i read someones post on here that said by injecting anything into a specific muscle it actually stretches the muscle fascia which in turn allows more room for muscle to grow...is that total bs?

    You crazy man lol, you can use a half inch needle if you must and inject into the center of each of the muscles but you will only do it once lol... if you do it can you post on here give us all a laugh lol

    the volume required to stretch the muscle fascia is drastically more than you will be using on a cycle of prop.
    age?
    height?
    weight?
    body fat%?
    planned cycle?
    planned pct?

    23 yrs old 5'11 195 lbs 14% bf
    i planned to do a cycle of
    test enth 500mgs/week for weeks 1-12
    deca 500mgs/week for weeks 1-10
    dbol 50mgs/ed for weeks 1-6

    and i was gonna spot shoot 100mgs of test prop eod

    im not sure whether to run hcg 3 times a week throughout the cycle or only use it in pct

    pct was gonna be clomid 50mgs/ed for 5 weeks
    nolva 20mgs/ed for 5 weeks
    aromasin 25mgs/ed for 5 weeks

    any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks man

    the theory behind site injecting to stretch the muscle fascia is such that frequent, rather large injections are required, greatly beyond what most would use in cycle, that's why there is SEO. Regardless, SEO is rarely used for abs/obliques. If you want them to show well, work them properly and cut that bf% down.

    ok so ill stay away from site injections all together... any advice on whether i should use hcg throughout cycle at like 250iu 3 times a week? or just include it in pct only? thanks again

    I am on my first cycle, and all the advice/research that I have gotten has led me to use hCG throughout the cycle, up to 4 days before pct. So that is what I am doing

    this has NOT been my experience. now, i have NEVER and will NEVER eff with synthol, but as far as gear having more of an effect on the muscle you put it in.... not for me AT ALL. my glutes are embarassingly small and they have been pinned more than any other muscle on my whole body. i have almost NO butt at all. so, i really doubt there's much truth to what you've heard.
