1st timer *HELP*
Ok so, Hi all I've been lurking on here for while but I'm still not quite sure on some whats and whens and I was wondering if someone could help me or just point me in the right direction for what I need.
I'm in Aus so shits a bit hard to come by for me but I've got my hands on some sustanon 250 but am unsure of what I'll need and when to administer my PCT.
I don't want to start without what I'll need of my PCT.
I'm looking at taking it (sus250) for 12 weeks at 1mg a week then stopping.
Should I ween on or off it?
What should I try to get a hold of for PCT and when and a what dose should I use it?

I trained for about 6 months a year ago but was in an accident and left in a wheel chair for months, back on my feet now kinda just wanna kickstart to get back into the swing of things.
I've only started training again a week ago.
What Stats are you after? (sorry I'm new here)
I've seen on here that I should get Clomid and Nolva and Vit E but am wondering what doses I should be taking and when?
Is starting my PCT at 18 days after my last injection of sus250 is correct?

From just your training experience i wouldnt recommend you starting a cycle, you need to build a base first from yrs of training, concentrate on your diet and get some hardwork in the gym for a few yrs yet before you look at steroids .

def get back in the gym for a bit,, you need to get your ligaments and tendons time to adjust to weights. You dont want to tear anything

I've been though intensive physio (Stretching and strengthening etc) plus cardio and other exercising to get back into shape since being given the all clear (was mainly lower legs that were effected plus a minor arm break).
I believe I'm ready to start training again

just train natural for awhiel,, your gear will be there when yoru ready

Fair enough guys I'll keep it natrual for a good while longer (not just saying that, I really will).
Also to save me going through all this again later, any ideas on my questions? lol.

well now you got plenty time just keep reading on here,, you will learn more than you need to know
read up on pct, but you are correct with 18 days after last shot with clomid/nolva
250mg a wk is on low side but is still a decent cycle
