    strength gain question

    i am going to run a cycle of 50mg dbol 500mg deca and 500mg test enth for 6,10, and 12 weeks respectively. right now im 5'11 195 and i bench 250, how much will my bench go up by the end of my cycle? will i be able to rep 3 plates?

    any advice would be much appreciated

    thats all up to your training but its possible. dbol will drastically increase your strength..

    is it true that u lose quite a bit of gains made while cycling dbol ?

    The strength gains that you make will be entirely up to your training, diet and rest. You CAN keep the strength off of dbol . By the time you stop the dbol your test should be kicking in. That should make it easier to keep the gains that you got off of the dbol, as well as helping you to progress as well. You will be running 1,000 mg a week of injections. That is quite a bit imo. This isn't your first cycle- is it? I have no cycle experience, so this is all based off of what I have read so far

    depends on ur training, u'll attain tht faster with a powerlifting routinue for your chest workout, ie low reps, big weights

    this is my 2nd cycle, so like 6-8 reps with really heavy weights, how many sets?

    as long as u do this u should go up no problems ur strength will sky rocket also refer to what big country said that will make what ur going to gain hands down
