Question First Winny Cycle- Guidance Needed

Experience: Ran one Test/Dbol cycle a year ago.

    Stats:
    Age: 25
    Height: 6'3"
    Weight: 306
BF: approx 12% (avatar is one year old but i'm just as lean..just bigger)
Goal: Lean out some more for better definition
    Diet: Extremely Clean

My trainer recommended I run a Winny cycle @ 100mg EOD for 5-6 weeks. After doing my research online it looks like most people run test as well.

    1. Test is always a good base but is it good to run with Winny to achieve my goal?

    2. I've read about joint pain and dryness associated with Winny. recommendations?

    3. PCT is required but I haven't been able to locate a thread with a solid recommendation that others have agreed on. thoughts?

Marcus- I'm not on here to BS people for something as serious as this. I don't like screwing with my health and I am 100% serious with my stats. Please take them seriously and advise accordingly.

Let me see what I can pull off of my facebook page. A lot of my pics include family members so I have to screen them. Give me like 10 min

I wouldn't recommend a winny only cycle, if your plan is to cut up and lean out I would just run a test cycle and drop some winny into the back end for the last 6 weeks up to PCT, joint issues can be a problem in some

Ok. I posted pics. Not the most accurate but they'll do for now. I was about 10lbs heavier in the pics and not nearly as lean as I am now.

    Thanks for the info marcus.
Chuck- I have always been a big guy. When in the USMC I was 220lbs. and looked like a twig. Now that i've been lifting for a few years I've bulked up like crazy. I gain easily but I also gain fat easily. I have a horrible metabolism so keeping my diet in check is REALLY key. I still have excess fat that needs to go away. The average person would say I don't need that but I'm my biggest critic as i'm sure most can relate.

I was trying to avoid winny but at this point i'm just freakin ready to take this to the next level.

Those pics look nothing like your avatar by the way, you are one big fuker with some excellent genetics.

Diet will take you to the next level not winny, go with a test cycle and drop some winny in towards the end if you feel you need it, drop some BF and train very intensely and you will be rewarded.

Well you def dont need winny,, it will do nothing for you at that BF. Btw i dont mean to be harsh but your no where near 12%,, even if you have cut down. I would just work on cutting and diet for half a year. If not you can research a simple test cycle.

Marcus- He's referring to my photo of me in a cowboys jersey. lol.

Anyway, it's been a year and it was my first cycle so I don't remember the full specifics but I was taking nolvadex and using 6-oxo starting two weeks after my final dose. I can look through some of my older posts from a year ago and see what was recommended because that's exactly what I did.

Just stick with the same cycle test only and if you feel you need some winny towards the end throw it in, I would drop some BF in the means of carb cycling before starting the cycle, this will help you rebound into this cycle with nice gains and you will be in a better positions with your bf...pct stick with the basic nolva 40/20/20/20 clomid 100/50/50/50 and you can run some hcg during the cycle or at the back end if you feel you may need it.

    yup listen to marcus
if i was your size id run a smaller dose/longer duration test cycle and do some serious cutting. Your size you can lose 25lbs of fat and look twice as big.

Thanks! That actually makes quite a bit of sense to me. I'll stew on it for a bit. If this is what I choose to do I will definitely get back on here after i'm all done and post some good pics to show results.

check out my priming thread, it will help you with the carb cycling before you start the cycle.

Thanks again marcus. I read your post and I think you are right on the money. I am already doing something very similar (not intentional). I've cut my carbs out significantly and on days where I just feel drained I give my body some extra carbs to keep me going (typically once a week) but these aren't measured out at all. I just take in whatever I feel I need. I think I will start keeping better track. over the last 6 weeks that i've been doing this i've noticed a small increase in strength and a 10lb. reduction in weight, which is good.
