    I need advise

I am 48 and about 215 now I was told to use test by my doctor as my levels were low like 139 he says use 1 ml once a week and that does not seem to do much , I train 4 times a week walk for 3 most times about 4 miles at a pop.

What amount of test would help me reduce bodyfat and increase strenght becuse this dose seems real low.

    Thanks

I would go back and tell your doc since your under his supervision. Also how long have you been on the test? And you probably got Cypionate correct? It has a long ester in it so tell us how long you been on? But never up your dose until talking with your prescriber!!!

Once your levels go up...so will your ability to burn fat and gain strength....give it time....

i know a few guys in their 40s-50s. they are running 250-350mg a week of test.

how long have you been on hrt? he is giving you a long ester so you need less shots. it will take 4 weeks or so to get your blood concentration levels to peak. if they are still low after that time you can ask for more ml/shot.

id go over to the hrt section and read up, some very insightful information and studies over there.
