    Test E Joint Pain

    I started a 500m/g per week test e only cycle on thursday and i have been the gym 3 times and have started experiencing some minor joint pain. i was wondering weather it may have something to do with the test or wether ive just been over working in the gym. i was only wondering this as i havent read anywhere about joint pain on test.

    Probably its coz you are over workign out... I ad a user here somewhere like and yer a go who was complaingin aobut the saeme.... I guess he added up Deca to the cycle and her was alright.
    But yeah Deca will lubricate you.

    how long have you training without steroids ?

    cheers bladerunner. and ive been training for aroun 4-5 years. without steroids .

    @DannyD09: you need to give your body rest. Lower reps if the pain is sensed.. and increase rest.
    Overworkout can give serious problems like torned muscle or tendon off the bone. Also a scan by doc will give you more info.

    Sometimes a minor pain in cycle becomes larger after the end of the cycle. I have experienced lower back injury on cycle and later after cycle it became a constant when I was off the cycle.

    Take care during cycle .. overdoing will only give damage. Workout for few more days and if you feel the pain increasing then get the scans done. That will clear out more of this issues.

    At the moment it has got nothing to do with TEST Enanthate coz it has just moved from the butttt...LOL
    so don't even think about it.
    Diet counts a hell lot of with what you have at the moment especially the joints.
    If you are feeling joint pains in various parts of the body then I would suggest to use Deca in your cycle.
    But you did not mention what kind of Joint pain u are having ?
    Is it in one joint or is it at different parts of the body.

    its my left arm just above my forearm where im getting the pain its nothing major just didnt want it becoming an issue thanks for the advice guys just gonna take another day or two off from the gym to let it repair.

    Forget it, you're too young to be messing with steroids , no wonder you've already injured yourrself. At 21, I doubt your tendons are ready for the loads you're using. Slow down.
    Did you have bloodwork done between cycles?

    You dont exactly need a break unless the pain you feeling increases. I'd carry on .. and if it pains .. get a scan done to see if you've really torn a muscle or tendon.
